Rylan brings over a decade of diverse project management and engineering technology experience to Merlin Integrated Solutions. A Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T) and Project Management Professional (PMP), he has successfully led projects ranging from $1 million to over $6 million across industrial, infrastructure, and specialized fabrication sectors.
With a background spanning design, estimating, project controls, and full lifecycle management, Rylan has delivered major projects in oil & gas, heavy industrial, airport infrastructure, and noise control industries. His hands-on technical expertise includes AutoCAD, Inventor, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project, paired with a strong foundation in quality assurance as a CWB Level 1 Weld Inspector.
Prior to joining Merlin, Rylan held key project management roles with AGI Westeel, Whaler Industrial Contracting, and G&S Airport Conveyor, where he oversaw complex builds such as large fuel storage facilities, airport conveyor systems, and mechanical/structural upgrades for major energy clients.
