Taylor has dedicated his career to being at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions throughout the Noise Management and Construction sectors. Taylor also sits on the Board of Directors for the Alberta Acoustics Noise and Vibration Society. Working alongside many of Canada’s leading organizations, he has become a partner of choice and trusted advisor, continuously delivering above and beyond. Taylor’s client-centric approach combined with his in-depth understanding and focus on providing tangible results has made him a valued leader of the MERLIN team.
Taylor began his career at MERLIN Integrated Solutions as an Accounts Manager. His hard work, tenacious attitude and disciplined approach was quickly recognized with a promotion to Manager of the Noise Division. Further expanding his role and responsibilities, Taylor joined Patching Associates Acoustical Engineering Ltd. as the Sales Manager. In 2016, he transitioned to Atlantic Industries Limited, assuming the role of Canadian Market Manager in the Sound Wall Division. Recognized for his customer-focused approach and ability to penetrate and grow new markets, Taylor was recruited by INNOVA Global in 2018 to lead business development efforts for Noise Management and Construction across Canada. In 2019 Taylor returned to MERLIN Integrated Solutions as Vice President, Operations. In this role Taylor continuously works on delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiencies and quality excellence for MERLIN’s valued customers.
Taylor majored in Marketing Management, Business Administration at Mount Royal University. He has since supplemented his education by successfully completing a variety of industry related programs and certificates.
